Copyright and DMCA Requests

Cassino.dev respects intellectual property rights. Many games, names, logos, and images on this site belong to their respective developers, publishers, or other rights holders. Listing or embedding a third-party game does not mean Cassino.dev claims ownership of it or is affiliated with its rights holder.

Send a copyright notice

If you believe material linked or embedded on Cassino.dev infringes your copyright, email tacnodopamine@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright or DMCA notice”. To help us review it, include:

• Your name and contact details, including an email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is affected.
• The exact Cassino.dev URL and, if possible, the specific game or material at issue.
• A statement explaining your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information. We may request clarification or evidence before taking action. For a valid and sufficiently detailed report, we may remove or disable access to the relevant listing or embed while reviewing the matter.

Responses to a removal

If a listing was disabled because of a mistaken or incomplete claim, email tacnodopamine@gmail.com with the affected URL, an explanation, and supporting information. We will review responses individually and handle them under applicable law. This process does not guarantee restoration.

Third-party hosted games

Cassino.dev may only control its own listing, link, or embed. A request to remove a game from its original hosting platform may also need to be sent directly to that platform or the game publisher.

Contact and response target

We aim to respond to ordinary copyright inquiries within 10 business days. Formal notices are reviewed promptly as circumstances and applicable law require; the ordinary response target is not a legal deadline.

Cassino.dev has not registered this email address as a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. This page provides a contact route for copyright concerns and does not claim that a registered DMCA agent exists.
