Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how games.cassino.dev ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website or play a game made available through it.
In short
Our games generally run in your browser. We do not require an account and we do not ask you to provide personal information in order to play. We do not sell personal information. Some website features, advertising, analytics, hosting providers, and third-party games may process limited technical data as described below.
1. Website and Mobile Apps
This policy applies both to the games.cassino.dev website and to free mobile games published by Cassino.dev on Google Play or other app stores (collectively, the "Apps").
The Apps run their game logic on the user's device. Game progress, preferences, settings, and similar game information are stored only in local storage on that device. We do not transmit this game data to our servers, maintain a server-side player database, or use cloud accounts to synchronize it.
The Apps are free to download and play and are supported by advertising. Advertising SDKs included in an App may process limited device and usage data independently, as explained in Section 5.
2. Information We Do Not Collect Directly
When you play our games, we do not directly ask for or collect:
- Your name, postal address, phone number, or date of birth
- Account credentials, because no player account is required
- Payment or financial information
- Contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera data
- Game progress or preferences on our servers, unless a specific game clearly tells you otherwise
3. Data Stored on Your Device
The website and Apps may use local storage, cookies, or equivalent on-device storage to keep favorites, recently played games, game progress, settings, or cached content. This game information remains on your device and is not stored on our servers. On the website, you can remove it through your browser settings. In an App, you can remove it by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Doing so may permanently reset saved preferences and game progress because we do not keep a server backup.
4. Website Analytics and Basic Technical Data
We use Google Analytics to understand general website usage and improve the service. Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, and timestamps. Our website hosting and security providers may also process standard request logs to deliver the website, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. This technical processing happens automatically when you access an online service; it is separate from the locally stored game data described above.
5. Advertising in the Website and Apps
Our website and Apps are free and supported by advertising. We use advertising services such as Google AdSense on the website and may use Google or other advertising SDKs in the Apps. These third-party providers may process information such as IP addresses, advertising identifiers, device and operating-system information, App interactions, ad impressions, and diagnostic data to deliver ads, measure performance, limit how often an ad appears, detect fraud, or personalize ads, subject to your consent, device settings, and applicable law.
- Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, settings, and consent choices.
- Third-party advertisers may process data under their own privacy policies.
- You can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center.
- You can also block or delete cookies through your browser and manage advertising choices in your mobile device settings, although this may affect website features and ad preferences.
6. Third-Party Games, Stores, and Services
Some website games are embedded from or supplied by third-party game providers. When you open one of these games, your browser may connect directly to that provider. The provider may collect technical information, use cookies or similar technologies, show advertising, or store game data according to its own privacy policy. App stores, operating-system providers, and advertising SDK providers may also process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the data practices of these independent third parties.
7. How Information Is Used
Where limited technical information is processed by us or our service providers, it may be used to:
- Provide and operate the website and games
- Remember preferences stored on your device
- Understand performance and aggregate usage trends
- Display and measure advertising
- Protect the website against fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
8. Sharing and Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, monetize, or operate the website, as described in this policy. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
9. Data Retention, Deletion, and Security
We do not maintain player accounts or retain game progress, preferences, or player profiles on our servers. Locally stored game data remains until you clear the relevant browser or App storage, or uninstall the App. Because we never receive this local data, we cannot view, recover, or remotely delete it. Analytics, advertising, hosting, app-store, and third-party game providers determine retention and deletion periods for data they process. We use reasonable measures to protect our services, but no online service or third-party system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the matter. Third-party games and advertising services may apply their own age requirements and privacy practices.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. You may manage cookies and browser storage in your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant advertising provider. Because we generally do not hold account or profile data, we may have no information that can be linked to you directly. We will respond to valid privacy requests as required by applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page with its latest update date.
